Example 1: An Australian from Sydney Australia chooses to book Vietnam South Central & Highlands tour line.

The itinerary: Ho Chi Minh City – Mui Ne – Nha Trang – Quy Nhon – Buon Ma Thuot – Da Lat – Ho Chi Minh City.
The circular tour line starts from Ho Chi Minh City on very Monday and finishes at Ho Chi Minh City the next Tue, 1 day more than any other standard tour line.
Number of participants: 1.
Length of the tour: 8 days.
He flies in from Sydney to Ho Chi Minh City 1 day before the tour starts.
He decides to arrange Pre/ Post tour hotels and transfers for himself.
The Participant is not able to find any roommate to share then he decides to book the tour on single hotel room.
How and when to join in with the tour group: He needs to arrange transport from his hotel to the meeting (join-in) point at Bitexco Financial Tower, No. 2 Hai Trieu Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City and must be there before 7.45 AM.
The tour guide and the coach will meet and pick him up on Monday at 7:45 AM at this meeting point.

The tour price calculation is as follows:

The tour: USD 82 x 8 days.
Single supplements: USD 27 x 7 nights.

Example 2: A London couple want to book 12-day holiday in Malaysia and they agree to combine 2 tour lines Malaysia North and Malaysia South.

They arrange their own flights from/to London and Kuala Lumpur of Malaysia.
Since their first visit to the country, they book through Fun Asia Tour Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation and transfers.
They book and paid and have got a Tour Voucher for the tour and an email to confirm their booking for Pre/Post Tour hotel rooms and airport pick-up and transfers.
Since they book the tour line together with Pre/Post hotel and transfers, they make payments for both the tour and Pre/ Post hotel rooms and transfers.
15 days before they arrive in KL, they send an email to ops@funasiago.com to update Fun Asia Tour with the timings of their flight for KLIA airport pickup arrangement.
Number of days of the 2 lines combined is 12 days.
How and where to join the Tour: It is simple and easy. They do not have to go to the Join-in Point. Since they book hotel rooms and transfers for the days before and after the tour through Fun Asia Tour, then the meeting point for them is actually at the hotel lobby where they stay.
The Tour Guide and the coach will meet and pick them up at the hotel on Tuesday at 7.30 AM.

The tour price calculation is as follows:

The tour: USD 82 x 2 persons x 12 days.
The Pre-tour hotel room (Double): USD 62/night.
The Post-tour hotel room (Double): USD 62/night.
Transfer Airport - Hotel - Airport: USD 27 x 2 persons x 2 ways.

Total tour price: USD 2,200.

Example 3: A Singaporean who wants to book 11-day tour exploring the whole North Vietnam for his family of 4: himself, his wife, a daughter aged 4 and a baby 18 months.

Two tour lines: combining: Vietnam North East and Vietnam North West.
Both lines start and finish at Hanoi City.
Travel days: 11 days.
They fly in from Singapore 1 day before and stay back 1 day after the tour waiting for the flight back home. They decide to book the Pre/Post tour hotels and transfers through Fun Asia Tour.
15 days before they arrive in Ha Noi, they send an email to ops@funasiago.com to update Fun Asia Tour with the timings of their flight for Noi Bai airport pickup arrangement.
Booking on twin-share basis. Since his daughter aged 4, they just request for 1 twin-share room and an extra bed for their 4 years old daughter. Since the daughter is 4, she will be provided with extra bed at all hotels and separate seats on all coaches through the tour lines. Her extra bed is also paid by the tour price. The infant is Free of Charge and no hotel bed needed and provided.
